Registration and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Cancellations: We understand that plans change!  Because we are a small nonprofit, cancellations can make it more challenging for us to manage program enrollment.  Our policy strikes a balance between flexibility and predictability:  

• We can offer refunds for most cancellation requests 2 weeks before the event date (less a $5 processing fee).  For cancellations 2 weeks or closer to the event, we can only issue a refund if we’re able to fill the space from a waiting list.  If you need to cancel for reasons of financial hardship or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate your situation.  Some programs (such as summer camps and the Fairy House Festival) have specific cancellation policies – please refer to those guidelines first.

• For camps, we can offer refunds for cancellation requests 3 weeks before the camp start date (less at $5 processing fee).  For cancellations 3 weeks or closer to the camp, we can only issue a refund if we’re able to fill the space from a waiting list.  

• The Nature Museum reserves the right to cancel a program at any time.  If we cancel a program after you purchase a ticket, we will issue a full refund.
